Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@whiskeystockyard.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed and shipped.
