Returns & Refunds
At Whiskey Stockyard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund options:
Return Window: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligible Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Return Process:
- Contact us at contact@whiskeystockyard.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Refundable Items: Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
